4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on 1 JJ Game are processed in PKR. We support the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, cards and mobile wallets.

Deposits are typically credited to your account balance promptly once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times can vary depending on the method used — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are generally the fastest.

General rules that apply across all games and betting activity:

• In the event of a technical fault during a game session — such as a disconnection or server error — the outcome will be determined based on the game's recorded state at the point of interruption. Where no outcome can be determined, the stake may be returned.

• Void bets — where a market is cancelled due to a match abandonment, postponement or other official ruling — will have stakes returned to the player's account.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 1 JJ Game. Engaging in any of them may result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

• Exploiting software bugs — if you discover an error or bug in any game or Platform feature, you are required to report it. Deliberately exploiting a bug for financial gain is prohibited.
• Providing false information — including false identity, age or payment details at any stage.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of someone else — all accounts must be used by the registered account holder only.
